Fostering and Volunteer Appeal
How about stepping out with a dog!. We are in need of volunteers to Dog Walk and help with the welfare of the animals at the Sanctuary. The dogs love their walks, even in the rain!! If you can commit a few hours a day or at weekends please consider this, it is very rewarding. We also still need Foster parents. We have a dedicated team who stand by us all the time but with the number of requests for rehoming we are getting at the moments we are in desperate need for more. If you are interested please read our criteria on the Fostering page. It is difficult not to fall in love with your charges, but just think of what you are doing for them to help overcome their traumas before they move on to their forever home. One of our Fosterers has had hundreds of dogs pass through over the years, but she knows that she has done her best for them before they have found a new home. All expenses are paid by the charity. Please,please think about becoming a Foster parent.
